General
The city of Brovary faces the enormous challenge of providing rehabilitation services not only to around 7,200 people with disabilities, but also to a steadily growing number of war-wounded veterans. As a direct response to this crisis-induced emergency situation, this project is investing in the municipal health infrastructure to promote the health and social participation of these vulnerable groups. At the heart of the project is the purchase of urgently needed therapy equipment to expand the range of treatments on offer, as well as a pool lift to ensure accessibility in hydrotherapy. To ensure sustainability and effectiveness, specialist staff are trained directly by the manufacturers in the use and maintenance of the equipment. Ultimately, this will enable holistic care that accelerates recovery and significantly improves the quality of life of patients.
