SE-0-SE-6-16511-16511A0102 Sweden Samarbetet är ett icke öronmärkt stöd till Civic Resistance/ CR/Qëndresa Qytetare och baseras på partnerns strategiska plan 2024-2027. Genom att stärka ungdomars kapacitet, vilket är ett av huvudmålen i den strategiska planen, avser partnern att fungera som en vakthund för offentliga utgifter till universitet och bli en kritisk röst för ungdomar när det gäller utmaningar inom högre utbildning i Albanien. Initiativ inom ramen för den strategiska planen för CR inkluderar övervakning av nationella strategier och resultat för institutioner på central och lokal nivå, organisation av utbildningsakademier för val, rättvisa och medborgarnas deltagande i beslutsfattande, framställningar, kreativa former av protester och medborgarengagemang, kapacitetsuppbyggnad av unga ledare, etc. The cooperation is un-earmarked support to Civic Resistance/ CR/Qëndresa Qytetare and is based on the partner’s Strategic Plan 2024-2027. Through strengthening the capacities of young people, which is one of the main goals of the strategic plan, the partner intend to act as a watchdog to public spending to universities and become a critical voice of the youth concerning higher education challenges in Albania. Initiatives under the Strategic Plan of CR include various monitoring of national strategies and performance for institutions at central and local level, organization of education academies on election, justice, and citizens participation in decision making, petitions, creative forms of protest and citizen’s engagement, capacity building of young leaders, etc. The Strategic Plan of Civic Resistance/Qëndresa Qytetare has five strategic objectives: Strategic Objective 1 - Promotion of Improved Educational Services Strategic Objective 2 - Encouraging the participation of citizens in democratic processes Strategic Objective 3 - Strengthening Institutional Capacity via Good Governance Strategic Objective 4 - Networking and Collaboration Strategic Objective 5 - Partnership for Environmental Sustainability Qendresa Qytetare Qendresa Qytetare Sweden Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency 16.5 - Substantially reduce corruption and bribery in all their forms. 16.5 - Väsentligt minska alla former av korruption och mutor. 16.7 - Ensure responsive, inclusive, participatory and representative decision-making at all levels. 16.7 - Säkerställa ett lyhört, inkluderande, deltagandebaserat och representativt beslutsfattande på alla nivåer.
