Focused on empowerment, influence and mobilization of women in politicalleadership position for difference group of women who vested voting qualification voted qualifier and the important of understanding voted qualifications rights to vote, right for candidate proposed from their political parties to the level of councilors for the following local elections for the year 2020. The intention of this project is to change then negative mindsets of women upon participations in political leadership position to the level of local government leaders likewise counselors and local chairperson. Who will found by local government elections with the slogan of 50/50 until 2020 within the committee of Tanga Municipal council through different approaches by influencing mobilizing women political awareness group which were existed from the lowest levels of streets, wards, division district and national level. This project focused on the women to fit on political leadership position in Tanga city. Most of the women who residing near coastal zone especially in Tanga they release different political opportunities to men not only political leadership positions but also religion institutions, and women are used for their families to provide \thus necessariesalso forced marriage, early marriage under 18 years of age and that dowryto be used for tuition fees for the further boys and one of the way used to prepare anticipated leadership. Ongoing local government elections 2020 TPWC expect to reveal/disclose awarenessand dare to complete so as to equalize political leadership positions in Tanga city. Over the years, TPASWC has grown continuously and gained a lot of experience in counseling on legal issues. TPASWC was registered under Trustees Incorporation Ordinance (Cap 375) on 10th, November, 2003 having registration No. 2024 and well recognized Non-governmental organization having Certificate of Compliance No. 00001461 of July, 2011 aiming to help women and children who are facing legal problems and to enlighten them about their basic Human rights. The staff membersof TPASWC are all volunteers .They were trained by professional Lawyers and experienced paralegals. They regularly attend trainings and seminars. TPASWC is running legal aid clinic in Tanga City where they provide free legal advice to women and children. TPASWC run Free legal service clinics from Mondays to Fridays and ensure that they are functioned in Tanga City. Educating and assisting people especially women and children on legal education.
