The project implementation results are also a practical model in raising awareness to change behavior in order to protect the environment for rivers and canals in the field in particular and in rivers in the delta region. Through direct andindirect propaganda activities of the Law on Environmental Protection, the Law on Water Resources, the project is expected to raiseawareness and increase understanding of the law on environmental protection for the people, especially the women and girls. In addition, through legal aid activities, the project will help women in the areas of rivers and canals in the fields of Dong Thap province to access and solve their legal needs and problems related to the protection of the environment and water resources, thereby contributing to changing the awareness, behavior as well as the habit of discharging domestic waste into the canals, contributing to the reduction of water pollution in rivers, in land canals and canals of Dong Thap province.
