<narrative xml:lang="EN">The Voice for Change's Goal is defined as: Cambodians, especially women, youth and other marginalized communities, are informed about their rights and empowered to be an active citizen, to take leadership roles, to claim the government to be accountable towards social protection and enhancing civil society space and to challenge unequal power relations for positive societal change.
V4C is inspired to see that "Cambodians especially women and youth and other marginalized communities are informed about their rights and are empowered to be active citizens to take leadership roles to claim government's accountability toward social protection and enhancing CSO space and to challenge unequal relations or positive societal change". The program will put its strong focus on women#s leadership, violence against women and girls and support democracy building, youth empowerment as actors of change, improving social protection from the rights of workers perspectives, increased accountability of the government both national and subnational level through strengthening civil society space: budget transparency, gender responsive budgeting and social accountability.
