The project will use historic Earth Observation data combined with ground observations and weather models to develop a proof-of-concept energy planning tool &#xfffd; RE-SAT. This tool will support Small Island Developing States (focussing on the Seychelles in Phase 1) by providing economic and business case information to inform their transition from fossil fuel electricity generation to renewables.</narrative>
