GB-COH-1762840-HUT709-HD10-01 HelpAge International <narrative xml:lang="EN">Integrated response to address Protection, WASH, Food Security and Health needs of most vulnerable migrants and their host communities, with an emphasis in indigenous populations</narrative> HelpAge Deutschland (HAD), with HelpAge International (HAI), as lead implementing partner, and its partners in Colombia and Venezuela, will provide life-saving support for migrants and host/transit communities along a neglected migration route that crosses the Orinoco River from Venezuela to Colombia where there is a significant migratory flow of the binational indigenous population. Through a gender, age and disability inclusive approach, migrants, refugees, and host communities in the border areas between Venezuela and Trinity and Tobago, Guyana, and Brazil, as well as the Orinoco River border between Colombia and Venezuela, are enabled to meet their basic needs regarding WASH, health, food security and protection.
