Through strengthening the capacities of young people, which is one of the main goals of the strategic plan, the partner intend to act as a watchdog to public spending to universities and become a critical voice of the youth concerning higher education challenges in Albania. Initiatives under the Strategic Plan of CR include various monitoring of national strategies and performance for institutions at central and local level, organization of education academies on election, justice, and citizens participation in decision making, petitions, creative forms of protest and citizen’s engagement, capacity building of young leaders, etc.",
