It is based on an approach seeking to link the following three elements; Emergency interventions such as distribution to Sudanese refugees of agricultural inputs (seeds, tools and capacity development) to increase and vary food production, and construction of wells and latrines to ensure access to water and sanitation. Assistance to host communities who will be included into the agricultural activities as well as WASH activities. These interventions not only respond to fundamental needs but also strengthen coexistence and prevent conflicts between refugees and host populations. Long-term interventions in the support of local development plans, including support to agro-forestry-pastoral activities, establishment of cereal banks and livestock farming. 4% of the budget is earmarked for partner's administration costs.",
