General
Provision of a sovereign loan of up to USD 43.2 million to finance the design and construction of a new general hospital with a capacity of about 250 beds. The Project is in the city of Darkhan and is being implemented by the Ministry of Health of Mongolia together with the Darkhan-Uul Province. The Project addresses the needs of the residents of Darkhan and the Darkhan-Uul Province for modern and high quality secondary healthcare facilities and services. It also improves the environmental sustainability of public infrastructure by applying higher resource efficiency standards to new hospital buildings being built under the Project.
