04-12-2020: Realise in SoL equal participation of male and female students in undergraduate courses and scholarship. Currently the ratio is 18%. Of the 10 scholarships initially awarded, 5 were awarded to female students. 2 of them declined the scholarships, due to other reasons. Both PhD scholarships were awarded to male staff, as the female staff could not accept a scholarship due to other (family) obligations).

04-11-2022: 2 SoL LL.M study programmes have been revised (Business Law and International Criminal Justice & the Law of Human Rights at the School of Law) At ILPD there are 8 courses developed by internal staff that shall be taught to Judges. The developed courses have been submitted to the High Education Council for Accreditation. The JUST project indirectly contributed to the development of those courses, as the revision was done based on teachings of the CBET training. ILPD is in the process of reviewing the Postgraduate programme in Legal Practice (DLP) and the Postgraduate programme in Legislative Drafting (DLD): this will be ready by September 2021 and will therefore be reported on in Y3.

Now all books are on shelves and there is still a space that shall accommodate other books that shall be acquired. The ILPD Library has a reading area where students can sit and read. The area was equipped with chairs as well as tables and is used by students who wish to read from Library.
