Her Future Her Choice program is developed to respond to the gender inequality and women#s rights violations undermining access tocomprehensive, rights-based sexual and reproductive health information and services for adolescent girls and young women (10-24 years) in selected districts of Ethiopia, Malawi, Mozambique and Zambia. directly addresses the root causes hindering access to Sexualand Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) for adolescent girls and young women, which include gender inequality and discrimination;sexual and gender-based violence; harmful social norms, traditional practices and taboos regarding sexuality; and lack of decision making power by women regarding their health and sexuality. NAFEZA-Zambézia Women's Associations Nucleusis a network that brings together about 67 Associations in Zambezia Province. It was created in 1997, with a vision of gender equality and social justice so that women have a dignified life with autonomy and freedom of choice. Since its inception, the Network has accumulated extensive work experience in promoting the rights of women and girls and in gender-based violence issues, which through mobilization actions throughcommunity dialogues, traditional and administrative leadership and, together with women, Men, girls and boys of different ages on conceptions of gender, gender-based violence, types of forms of violence, and on denunciation. is this project, the organisation willdo social mobilization to Community leaders, religious institutions, and influential people in the communities (midwives, traditional educators, among others) on the problematic of access to information related to SRHR in order to become proactive elements in thedeconstruction of negative social norms models based on beliefs about SRHR for adolescents, young people and women, in order to give rise to changes in behaviour and attitudes on the reproductive health.
