Accompagner le secteur privé par i) la transition des PME/TPE vers des modes de production et de consommation propres et l'adoption d'une démarche globale de responsabilité environnementale et sociale respectueuse de l'égalité hommes-femmes et ii) l'appui aux initiatives entrepreneuriales dans ces secteurs portées notamment par les jeunes et les femmes. Relance du projet début 2024.
