Ausgangssituation: Tunesien gilt als digitales Vorbild auf dem afrikanischen Kontinent: Seit dem Arabischen Frühling 2011 ist eine dynamische IT-Branche mit bereits 113.000 Arbeitsplätzen in 1.800 Unternehmen entstanden. Jedoch gibt es in dem Land weiterhin eine hohe Arbeitslosigkeit, vor allem unter jungen Menschen und Hochschulabsolvent*innen. Ziel: Die Digitalisierung bietet eine große Chance, diese Herausforderungen zu meistern. Vorgehensweise: Digital4Jobs fördert den digitalen Wandel auf mehreren Ebenen: -Unterstützung von Förderprogrammen der tunesischen Regierung, die sich an Start-ups in der Digitalbranche richten - Die Industrie des Landes, vor allem in den Zentren Sousse und Sfax, wird in Zusammenarbeit mit der Regierung bei der Digitalisierung unterstützt - Digital4Jobs vernetzt internationale Firmen mit tunesischen IT-Firmen und Fachkräften für gemeinsame Projekte - Die Aus- und Weiterbildung von IT-Fachkräften im Land wird gefördert
