As part of the FZ module, existing public sector buildings in municipalities are to be energetically rehabilitated. There is a significant need for investment, as the building stock is old and maintenance measures have often been neglected in recent decades.The aim of the FZ measure is to improve the energy efficiency of public buildings in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as to enhance the quality of public services in the education sector, including poverty reduction.The project will be financed with budget funds amounting to EUR 19.5 million, of which up to EUR 10 million is to be implemented in the Republika Srpska and up to EUR 9.5 million in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Im Rahmen des FZ-Moduls sollen Bestandsgebäude des öffentlichen Sektors in den Gemeinden energetisch rehabilitiert werden. Es besteht massiver Investitionsbedarf, da der Gebäudebestand alt ist und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen in den letzten Jahrzehnten oftmals vernachlässigt wurden.Das Ziel der FZ-Maßnahme ist die Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz öffentlicher Gebäude in Bosnien und Herzegowina sowie die Verbesserung der Qualität öffentlicher Dienstleistungen im Bildungssektor inklusive Armutsreduzierung.Finanziert wird das Vorhaben mit Haushaltsmitteln in Höhe von 19,5 Mio. EUR, wovon bis zu 10 Mio. EUR in der Republika Srpska und bis zu 9,5 Mio. EUR in der Föderation von Bosnien und Herzegowina umgesetzt werden sollen.
