   <narrative xml:lang="EN">Expected results 2024:
The programme as a whole will contribute to global sustainable development. The scholarship holders are expected to use their knowledge, insights, tools and networks in the work for sustainable development where they are. In this way, organizations/institutions have an improved access to skilled labor in specific areas &#x2013; which leads to an increased capacity in low- and middle-income countries to implement the 2030 Agenda. 

Within 1-3 years, the programme is expected to contribute to organisations in partner countries having improved access to a skilled and equal workforce in relevant areas.
Within 3-5 years, the programme is expected to contribute to an increased capacity of low- and middle-income countries to implement the 2030 Agenda and thus contribute to global sustainable development

Expected immediate results
The performance-related effects are that these change agents, through a university education and participation in NFGP, gain knowledge, insights, tools and a larger network. That they gain contacts and exchange experiences with other change agents and that they are strengthened in their leadership skills. 

The immediate/performance-related effects are as follows:
&#x2022; Awarded scholarship holders undergo and complete their studies at advanced level in Sweden. 
&#x2022; Individuals are given tools to better contribute to global development 
&#x2022; Individuals gain contacts and exchange of experience with other change agents.

Expected results 2025:
The Swedish Institute scholarship programme should according to the governing Strategy for innovation, partnership and capacity development 2024&#x2013;2028 strengthen the capacity of relevant actors who can contribute to sustainable development in development countries through education. A prerequisite for this is that the selected scholarship holders are qualified to carry out and complete qualitative education on master&#x2019;s level at Swedish universities. After completed master&#x2019;s studies in Sweden, the scholarship holders are expected to have strengthened their abilities and capacity to contribute to sustainable development. This through employment in key positions in the private sector, public sector, academia or civil society in their home countries and that they use the knowledge and competences they gained through studies in Sweden to address societal challenges  through innovative and effective measures.</narrative>
   <narrative xml:lang="SV">F&#xf6;rv&#xe4;ntade resultat 2024:
Programmet i stort ska bidra till en global h&#xe5;llbar utveckling. Stipendiaterna f&#xf6;rv&#xe4;ntas anv&#xe4;nda sina kunskaper, insikter, verktyg och n&#xe4;tverk i arbetet f&#xf6;r en h&#xe5;llbar utveckling d&#xe4;r de befinner sig. P&#xe5; s&#xe5; s&#xe4;tt har organisationer/institutioner en f&#xf6;rb&#xe4;ttrad tillg&#xe5;ng till kvalificerad arbetskraft inom s&#xe4;rskilda omr&#xe5;den &#x2013; vilket leder till en &#xf6;kad kapacitet i l&#xe5;g- och medel-inkomstl&#xe4;nder att genomf&#xf6;ra Agenda 2030. 

Inom 1&#x2013;3 &#xe5;r f&#xf6;rv&#xe4;ntas programmet bidra till att organisationer i partnerl&#xe4;nderna har f&#xf6;rb&#xe4;ttrad tillg&#xe5;ng till kvalificerad och j&#xe4;mst&#xe4;lld arbetskraft inom relevanta omr&#xe5;den.
Inom 3&#x2013;5 &#xe5;r f&#xf6;rv&#xe4;ntas programmet bidra till en &#xf6;kad kapacitet hos l&#xe5;g- och medelinkomstl&#xe4;nder att genomf&#xf6;ra Agenda 2030 och d&#xe4;rmed bidra till en globalt h&#xe5;llbar utveckling

F&#xf6;rv&#xe4;ntade omedelbara resultat
De prestationsn&#xe4;ra effekterna &#xe4;r att dessa f&#xf6;r&#xe4;ndringsakt&#xf6;rer, genom en h&#xf6;gskoleutbildning och deltagande i NFGP, f&#xe5;r kunskaper, insikter, verktyg och ett st&#xf6;rre n&#xe4;tverk. Att de f&#xe5;r kontakter och erfarenhetsutbyten med andra f&#xf6;r&#xe4;ndringsakt&#xf6;rer samt att de st&#xe4;rks i sin ledarskapsf&#xf6;rm&#xe5;ga.

&#x2022;Beviljade stipendiater genomg&#xe5;r och slutf&#xf6;r sina studier p&#xe5; avancerad niv&#xe5; i Sverige. 
&#x2022;Individerna f&#xe5;r verktyg f&#xf6;r att b&#xe4;ttre kunna bidra till en global utveckling 
&#x2022;Individerna f&#xe5;r kontakter och erfarenhetsutbyten med andra f&#xf6;r&#xe4;ndringsakt&#xf6;rer. 

F&#xf6;rv&#xe4;ntade resultat 2025:
Svenska institutets stipendieprogram ska enligt Strategin f&#xf6;r Innovation, Partnerskap och Kapacitetsutveckling (2024-2028) st&#xe4;rka kompetensen hos relevanta akt&#xf6;rer som genom utbildning kan bidra till en h&#xe5;llbar utveckling i utvecklingsl&#xe4;nder. Vidare f&#xf6;rv&#xe4;ntas stipendiaterna efter genomf&#xf6;rd masterutbildning i Sverige f&#xe5; st&#xe4;rkt f&#xf6;rm&#xe5;ga och kompetens att bidra till h&#xe5;llbar utveckling.    <narrative xml:lang="EN">Swedish Institute Scholarships for Global Professionals (SISGP) is a fully funded scholarship programme covering tuition fee and living cost for master&apos;s studies at Swedish universities. The scholarship is directed towards professionals with work and leadership experience, to strengthen their capacity and competence to contribute to the sustainable development of their home countries. The scholarship is available to applicants from 34 OECD/DAC countries (2026) and covers the study fields: entrepreneurship and innovation, governance, public health, and STEM sciences.</narrative>
   <narrative xml:lang="SV">Swedish Institute Scholarships for Global Professionals (SISGP) &#xe4;r ett fullt finansierat stipendieprogram (studieavgift och levnadskostnader) f&#xf6;r magister- och masterstudier vid svenska universitet.
