NL-KVK-27378529-PIC23RWS03 Netherlands Enterprise Agency The project aims to create a commercially viable potato multiplication process with high quality seed potato from the Netherlands, in a trustworthy and optimal value chain collaboration. The partners will transfer expertise and technology to commercial farmers, whilst at the same time a credit scoring methodology is developed and to be taken up by a formal Rwandan bank, thereby enhancing access to finance for farmers. When the project is successful, the seed potato value chain is optimalized, farmers increased both yield and income, and financial institutions have increased their agrifinance portfolio.
