This include how to make reasonable adjustments in the workplace, and how to make their programs more inclusive, awareness on inclusionneeds of persons with different types of impairments, as well as tips on communication, Connect Youths with disabilities to internship opportunities to provide them necessary exposure and increase their employment chances and Create additional 4 Youth with disabilities as Disability Inclusion Facilitators (DIFs) to play advocacy role within SHIVYAWATA network of Disabled People Organizations (DPOs). This initiative is designed and implemented by a small group of young persons (DIFs) with different types of impairments trained and equipped with knowledge and skills on disability inclusion, job coaching skills and inclusive programming through Training of trainers. The DIFs use this capacity to reach out to young job seekers with disabilities, potentialemployers and livelihood organisations Ministry of Foreign Affairs NL Oxfam Novib Oxfam Novib THE YOUTH WING OF TANZANIA FEDERATI The Youth wing is the organ under Tanzania Federation of Disabled People#s Organizations (SHIVYAWATA) is a non-governmental federation established in 1992 that brings together ten national Disabled People#s Organizations (DPOs) namely:- Tanzania Albino Society (TAS), Tanzania League of the Blind (TLB), Tanzania Association of the Physically Handicapped (CHAWATA), Tanzania society of the Deaf (CHAVITA), Tanzania Association of the Deaf # Blind (TASODEB), Tanzania Association for the Mentally Handicapped (TAMH), KilimanjaroAssociation of Spinal cord Injuries (KASI), Psoriasis Association of Tanzania (PSORATA), Tanzania Users and Survivors of Psychiatric organization (TUSPO) and Association of Spinal Bifida and Hydrocephalous of Tanzania (ASBAHT). The Youth wing is formed by and embraces members with all types of impairments. It is the only organ in the country that protects, promotes and advocate for the rights of Youths with all types of Disabilities across Tanzania mainland. It represents the strong voice of youths with Disabilities in the country. The wing offers very important platform for youths with different impairments to advocate for their social, political and economic rights; voice their concerns and interests.
