Le minist&#xe8;re mobilisera des ressources pour la formation continue des enseignants en utilisant le plan et les programmes de formation d&#xe9;velopp&#xe9;s. Cela devrait permettre d&apos;am&#xe9;liorer la qualit&#xe9; de la formation, la qualit&#xe9; des r&#xe9;sultats des &#xe9;l&#xe8;ves et, en fin de compte, d&apos;am&#xe9;liorer l&apos;employabilit&#xe9; et les comp&#xe9;tences entrepreneuriales des jeunes.</narrative>
   <narrative xml:lang="EN">Through the grant, two workshops will be organized for at least 125 teachers. The Ministry will mobilize resources for continued training of teachers using the developed training plan and programs. This is expected to improve the quality of training, quality of performance by students and ultimately improve employability and entrepreneurship skills among the youth.</narrative>

L&apos;&#xe9;valuation des besoins en formation devrait permettre d&apos;identifier les lacunes en mati&#xe8;re de formation des formateurs, des concepteurs de programmes et des responsables de l&apos;&#xe9;ducation en ce qui concerne l&apos;EFTP, l&apos;entrepreneuriat, l&apos;&#xe9;ducation financi&#xe8;re et les STEM. Les r&#xe9;sultats de l&apos;analyse serviront de base &#xe0; l&apos;&#xe9;laboration d&apos;un plan de formation et de programmes de formation pour les formateurs, les responsables et les concepteurs de programmes dans les domaines respectifs.</narrative>
   <narrative xml:lang="EN">The Project is expected to develop the competencies of TVET and Entrepreneurship and Financial educators and leaders across the education and training system. The training needs assessment is expected to identify training gaps among trainers, curriculum developers and education managers with regards to TVET, entrepreneurship, financial literacy and STEM. The findings of the analysis will inform the development of a training plan and training programs for trainers, leaders and curriculum developers in the respective fields.</narrative>

   <narrative xml:lang="FR">Le pr&#xe9;sent projet soutient le programme de soutien &#xe0; la gouvernance et aux r&#xe9;formes &#xe9;conomiques (GERSP) financ&#xe9; par la Banque et approuv&#xe9; en 2022, dans lequel les indicateurs relatifs &#xe0; l&apos;enseignement et &#xe0; la formation techniques et professionnels (EFTP), &#xe0; l&apos;entrepreneuriat et aux TIC ont &#xe9;t&#xe9; inclus en tant qu&apos;&#xe9;l&#xe9;ments d&#xe9;clencheurs et actions pr&#xe9;alables. Plus pr&#xe9;cis&#xe9;ment, le don est li&#xe9; &#xe0; trois actions politiques dans le cadre de la composante II du GERSP Phase II sur l&apos;am&#xe9;lioration de l&apos;environnement des affaires (i) approbation par le Cabinet de la politique sur les TIC dans l&apos;&#xe9;ducation et la formation, (ii) approbation par le Cabinet de la politique et de la strat&#xe9;gie nationales sur l&apos;&#xe9;ducation &#xe0; l&apos;entrepreneuriat (2022-2026), et (iii) approbation par le Cabinet de la politique et de la strat&#xe9;gie sur l&apos;enseignement et la formation techniques et professionnels (EFTP). Le don contribuera &#xe9;galement &#xe0; la mise en &#x153;uvre de la politique d&apos;EFTP qui est un &#xe9;l&#xe9;ment d&#xe9;clencheur de la phase III du GERSP qui devrait &#xea;tre approuv&#xe9;e au troisi&#xe8;me trimestre 2023 par le Conseil d&apos;administration de la BAD. Le projet contribuera &#xe0; renforcer la prestation de l&apos;EFTP et de la formation &#xe0; l&apos;entrepreneuriat aux Seychelles afin d&apos;am&#xe9;liorer les chances d&apos;emploi des jeunes. Il permettra &#xe9;galement de renforcer les capacit&#xe9;s en sciences, technologies, ing&#xe9;nierie et math&#xe9;matiques (STEM), qui sont essentielles au d&#xe9;veloppement et &#xe0; la r&#xe9;silience de l&apos;&#xe9;conomie seychelloise. Il s&apos;articule autour des trois composantes suivantes : (1) Analyse des besoins de formation ; (2) D&#xe9;veloppement de plans et de programmes de formation ; (3) Gestion et suivi.</narrative>
   <narrative xml:lang="EN">The Proposed Project supports the Bank funded Governance and Economic Reforms Support Program (GERSP) approved in 2022 where indicators on Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET), Entrepreneurship and ICT were included as triggers and prior actions. Specifically, it is linked to three policy actions under component II of GERSP Phase II on improving the business environment (i) approval by Cabinet of ICT in Education and Training Policy, (ii) approval by Cabinet of National Entrepreneurship Education Policy and Strategy (2022-2026), and (iii) approval by Cabinet the TVET Policy and Strategy. The grant will also contribute to implementation of the TVET policy which is a trigger for GERSP phase III which is expected to be approved in quarter three of 2023 by the AfDB Board of Directors. The project will contribute to strengthening the delivery of TVET and entrepreneurship education for Seychelles in order to improve chances of employment for the youth. It will also address capacity in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) which is key to the development and resilience of the Seychelles economy. It is articulated around the three following components: (1) Training Needs Analysis; (2) Development of training plan and programs; (3) Management and monitoring.</narrative>
