Varje mål är uppdelat i delmål (objectives):\n\nOutcome 1: Feminist and gender justice movements weave\ncloser inter-connections,thereby strengthening collective\npower and solidarity (GATHER)\nMeaningful connection, networks of solidarity, mutual support and inspiration are the fuel that feminist movements need to survive and thrive.\n\nObjective 1 - Membership: AWID Membership is a growing, global and vibrant feminist community of individual and institutional members centering constituencies that have been historically excluded, while meaningfully engaging members across all our areas of work and\nfacilitating connections and solidarity.\n\nObjective 2 - The AWID Forum: The 15th AWID International Forum celebrates and energizes feminist movements worldwide, creating a space of care, healing and inspiration, and building the collective power, solidarity and resilience that we need to continue changing the world.\n\nObjective 3 - Together We Rise: Bolster the abilities of feminist movements and allies to work together, bravely address faultlines and power inequalities amongst us, and take coordinated feminist action across regions and movements on key political, socio-cultural and economic developments and crises that affect us.\n\nOutcome 2: Feminist movements effectively challenge, disrupt and transform systems of international governance and global economy (DISRUPT)\nAccessible knowledge and practical tools, stronger alliances, and access to policy spaces, are AWIDs key contributions to feminist movements in achieving this outcome. Another key component is transforming the resourcing landscape so that feminist movements have the resources they need.\nObjective 1 - Building Knowledge: Equip feminist movements and gender justice advocates with the solid data and bold analysis they need to disrupt the global-local influence of anti-rights actors, corporate power, unjust distribution of resources, and climate crisis.\nObjective 2 - Influencing: Feminists and allies across sectors collectively mobilize and advocate for feminist intersectional agendas for rights and justice, influencing social, economic climate and humanitarian policy in intergovernmental spaces and beyond, and shifting power in the resourcing ecosystem\n\nOutcome 3: Feminist visions of a just world and sustainable life are realized in practice (SEED)\nCreation of the worlds we believe are possible is not a task for the future; it is in the here and now. Building on the many lessons learnt in our previous strategic plan, we intend to continue supporting feminist narratives and communities of practice.\nObjective 1 - Communities of Practice: Support communities of practice to grow, connect, and exchange across regions and themes.\nObjective 2 - Shifting Narratives: Amplify feminist visions, proposals and solutions around gender justice, resource distribution, crisis response, economic and climate justice so as to reclaim public discourse, shift social norms, influence policy and practice, and replace mainstream narratives and false solutions to global crisis.\nObjective 3 - Feminist Communications: Support feminist movements to communicate in more generative and impactful ways, and to strategically engage with diverse media and communication platforms.\n\nOutcome 4: AWID is a thriving and learning organization delivering high-quality, cutting-edge and impactful work.\n\nThis outcome is about a broad and intentional organizational approach. Though bold and creative ways of organizing ourselves, we aim to solidify AWIDs identity and reputation as an organization that delivers cutting edge, high quality, impactful work with and for feminist movements.\nObjective 1 - Resilience and Values: AWIDs systems and practices are resilient and embody intersectional feminist values, as we strive for multi-directional accountability to our Board, members, partners, funders and staff.\nObjective 2 - Culture: AWID has an enabling, accessible and healthy work environment, with a culture of care and respect, within which an agile, skilled, committed, and diverse team can learn, grow, excel, and be safe.\nObjective 3 - Sharing Knowledge: AWID learns from and serves as a resource on organizational operations, sustainability and resilience to other feminist organizations and movements.",

"": "The AWID Forum that took place in Bangkok in december 2024 was at heart of Awid work during 2024.\n\nAwid reports that it \"responded to the growing fragmentation of movements by fostering transnational solidarity, thereby reflecting AWIDs unique\ncontribution in the ecosystem to connect and hold space for complex, intersectional, transnational movement-building. It advanced intersectional approaches to climate and economic justice, and the resourcing of movements....\n\n....The Forum offered not only analysis, but strategies for surviving, resisting, and thriving.\"\n\nSida participated at the Forum and assess that Awid fully delivered on the expectations as they managed 3300 participants from 150 countries in person in Bangkok and also eight simultaneus self-organized forums hubs i multiple places in the world that gather additions 700 people. The Access Fund was central to ensuring the participation of activists from collectives and movements at the grassroots. This Fund covered the participation costs of approximately 1,000 feminists at the Forum who would not have been able to take part without this resource. Over 50% of Access Funded participants were presenters, and close to 100 were local Thai\nfeminists.\n\nThe report for 2024 provides ample examples of how Awid serve and support their 8 500 memebers (up from 6000 in 2023) with member events, tech-ins and webinars.\n\nConcrete examples of awid role include:\n\n-How they supported their member Sudanese Women's rights action who mobilized 117 Women's rights organisations for a joint statement to the UN Security Council about the violence and famine in Sudan.\n\n-Awid supported the creation of an African Feminist LGBTQI Solidarity Circle in Uganda related to the anti-LGBTQI legislation. AWID facilitated outreach\nthrough our membership channels and supported the organization of four virtual gatherings. \n\nAs in previous years Awids work with \"where is the money\" and \"who can fund me\" is assessed to serve the whole sector including both civil society organizations and donors by spelling out funding trends and opportunities.",
