General
the scope of the project is to promote the resilience of vulnerable households and their inclusion in the growth dynamics that can be generated by the development of rural tourism, as environmentally sustainable practices, respectful of biodiversity, in three highly marginal areas, through the provision of high quality services linked to the protection and enhancement of the environmental and cultural resources of the territory, with the support to microentrepreneurship, particularly women's lead ones. The actions envisaged for achieving the project scope aim at the following expected results: 1. Established a network of local actors, assisted by international excellences, able to consistently add value to the local resources in an inclusive and sustainable way, favoring the spillover effects on the vulnerable sectors, within a logic of gender equity; 2. Making available targeted tourism offers, capable of safeguarding and enhancing the environmental, economic and cultural resources available and guaranteeing a positive impact on the resident population, in terms of increasing their resilience in the areas of residence and traditional activity, while preserving the social tissue; 3. Activated the offer-side and set up decentralized economic entities able to guarantee the sustainability of such offers over time to the benefit of the beneficiary population, in a context of economic, environmental and gender sustainability.
