(1) Increase use and effectiveness of asset seizure and confiscation, including through enhanced regional co-operation. This result focuses on judiciary and police. (2) Improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness of asset management, including through improved regional co-operation when assets are located abroad. The focus will be on asset management agencies and in particular on the newly established Balkan Asset Management Interagency Network (BAMIN). (3) Promote social re-use of confiscated assets. The focus will be on civil society and policy makers.

(1) Steigerung der Nutzung und Wirksamkeit der Beschlagnahme und Einziehung von Vermögenswerten, auch durch verbesserte regionale Zusammenarbeit. Dieses Ergebnis konzentriert sich auf Justiz und Polizei. (2) Verbesserung der Effizienz und Kosteneffizienz der Vermögensverwaltung, auch durch Verbesserung regionale Zusammenarbeit, wenn sich Vermögenswerte im Ausland befinden. Der Fokus wird auf dem Vermögen liegen in Managementagenturen und insbesondere auf dem neu gegründeten Balkan Asset Management Interagency Network (BAMIN). (3) Förderung der sozialen Wiederverwendung beschlagnahmter Vermögenswerte. Der Schwerpunkt wird auf der Zivilgesellschaft und den politischen Entscheidungsträgern liegen.
