DESCRIPTION
IOM proposes to provide immediate in-kind winterization, hygiene, multipurpose and livelihood support to the most vulnerable households in Luhansk and Donetsk regions (Government Controlled Areas (GCA) and Non-Government Controlled Areas (NGCA)) to meet basic needs. Ukrainian authorities and humanitarian actors will be supported with the information of the situation of internally displaced persons that will be useful during the assistance programmes development. To improve conditions for safety of civilians at the line crossing points on GCA side, IOM will provide in-kind support to the exit-entry checkpoints (ECCPs).
