The project aims to enhance the electoral process in Guyana through improved institutions and processes. The project will strengthen the capacity of GECOM and electoral stakeholders to conduct their core activities in an impartial, transparent, and sustainable manner to successfully execute the scheduled electoral processes within the electoral cycle 2025.This Project will be focused on three (3) Outputs: Output 1: Technical and advisory support by senior experts to improve internal processes in elections management, information technology, and communications. Output 2: Deliver capacity building to improve electoral management and communications by media. Output 3: Technical support to enhanced stakeholder outreach initiatives implemented by GECOM
