Estrategia de Desarrollo Provincial (EDP) atemperada al contexto país y presentada al Consejo Provincial para su aprobación (para la actualización se efectuaron reuniones con empresarios, universidad, gobierno y grupos de trabajo) 2. Todos los municipios tienen sus EDM aprobadas por sus respectivas Asambleas Municipales del Poder Popular. Municipios: Holguín, Moa, Antilla, Báguanos, Banes, Cacocum, Calixto Garcia, Cueto, Frank País, Gibara, Mayarí, Rafael Freire, Sagua de Tánamo, Urbano Noris 3. Cinco iniciativas se implementan en función de: producción de alimentos (producciones primarias de carne, hortalizas y viandas, minindustrias de helado y dulces) y la gestión turística del patrimonio cultural en los municipios Urbano Noris, Gibara y Holguín. 4. Nueve experiencias difundidas: 3 libros presentados en Universidad 2020 y cada uno con capítulo dedicado a experiencias del desarrollo local con la articulación PADIT-GUCID-GADEL y 6 buenas prácticas (compartida en Secretaría Técnica con todos los gobiernos del país experiencia de Aula Virtual-Plataforma Ciudad Nuestra y gestión y apoyo al gobierno electrónico; servicios de Banca Virtual en funcionamiento e incorporado al sistema de trabajo; herramientas de GADEL-GUCID sobre organización y gestión de cadenas productivas; gestión de proyectos de desarrollo local; y procedimiento para la evaluación post-inversión de proyectos de desarrollo local)

NARRATIVE TYPE DESCRIPTION
Consistent with the Article III of the SBAA [or the Supplemental Provisions to the Project Document], the responsibility for the safety and security of the Implementing Partner and its personnel and property, and of UNDP’s property in the Implementing Partner’s custody, rests with the Implementing Partner. To this end, the Implementing Partner shall: a) put in place an appropriate security plan and maintain the security plan, taking into account the security situation in the country where the project is being carried; b) assume all risks and liabilities related to the Implementing Partner’s security, and the full implementation of the security plan.
