Danish Church Aid - Christmas Calender 2021-2023 - Aminit dreams of going to school. The overall goal of the project is to enable children in target areas of Turkana to access quality education.

Imagine if your everyday life was threatened by conflict, with fighting and raiding considered commonplace. That the weather is no longer as it has been for the last centuries and your parents can’t feed your family in the way your ancestors have done for generations. That you must leave your regular life behind and stop going to school to help your parents with physical hard work – all in the hope that you and your family can survive. This is life for many children in Turkana in Kenya.
