El objetivo de esta serie de préstamos programáticos en apoyo de reformasde política es mejorar la gobernanza del país para la sostenibilidad mediante el fortalecimiento y la modernizacióndel marco normativo. Los objetivos específicos son impulsar los esfuerzos dereforma normativa que están en curso para mejorar (i) la eficiencia y la sostenibilidad de la planificación territorial,el control del desarrollo y la gestión de los recursos hídricos, (ii) la gestión de los activos naturales y (iii) laresiliencia y gestión del riesgo de desastres.Para cumplir este objetivo, el Banco ha estructurado una serie de préstamos programáticos en apoyo de reformasde política compuesta de tres operaciones relacionadas a nivel técnico, pero con contratos y financiamientoindependientes, de conformidad con las directrices para la preparación e implementación de préstamos de apoyoa reformas de política (documento CS-3633-2).
The objective of the programmatic policy-based loan series is to improve the country's governance for sustainability through the strengthening and modernization of the regulatory framework. The specific objectives are to advance the ongoing regulatory reform efforts to improve: (i) the efficiency and sustainability of spatial planning, development control, and water resource management; (ii) natural asset management; and (iii) disaster risk management and resilience. To meet this objective, the Bank has structured a programmatic policy-based loan series consisting of three technically related and financially/contractually independent operations.
