DESCRIPTION
This project will convert an existing space to a computer based training center that will offer online training courses to residents 18 years of age or older, free or at reduced cost. Residents will also be allowed to used the center to complete online high school diploma programs as well as online college courses. East Cleveland residents will be able to take courses in a variety of certifications or degree programs from certified training vendors or accredited online colleges and universities.
