DESCRIPTION
Vidya Sagar, is a 33 year old NGO working with PwDs. Given the fact that PwDs want autonomy in where and how to live and that they do not want to be shut away in institutions, we have designed a training program to train the primary stake holders as group home managers(GHM) & quality control monitors. This will be an intensive 18 month course for 10 members starting January 2019 including empowerment strategies through experiential learning.The GHM's will manage the then set up assisted Living
