DESCRIPTION
This project will assist 100 immigrants to learn how to speak, read and write English to integrate into their new homes. The greatest barriers to integration and increasing household income for immigrant communities is the lack of English skills. The Indo-American Center works with community members by providing literacy and civics classes, enrolling individuals in our workforce development program and assisting with job search and job placement at no cost to the individuals and families.
