Objectives
The GEAR Up is a partnership programme on institutional strengthening and capacity development for gender equality implemented by the Swedish Gender Equality Agency and the Agency for Gender Equality in BiH. The program has two main goals 1. Institutional mechanisms for gender equality are strengthened and effectively implemented in line with gender equality commitments through effective structures and systems, across government and at all relevant levels. 2. Strengthened systems, mechanisms and instruments to achieve gender equality in all areas of society.
