- Domstolsverket har till Sida ansökt om finansiellt stöd, uppgående till 843 tus. kr., för att genomföra en förstudie, benämnd «Capacity Development in Judicial Training: a fact-finding mission to examine the prospects of a bilateral cooperation with the Academy of Justice, Republic of Armenia» under perioden april - december 2020. Insatsen syftar till att klargöra Armeniens behov av insatser, för vilka Domstolsverket har kompetens, resurser och intresse att leverera. Förstudien består dels av skrivbordsstudier, dels av kontakter före, under och efter faktainhämtningsresan till Yerevan, planerad till hösten 2020. Förstudien skall resultera i ett förslag till Sida om ett flerårigt projekt enligt ovan angivet, där möjligheterna till ett kapacitetsutveckling inom området rättsutbildning finns beskrivna, till en början i mindre skala, för att senare eventuellt utvecklas med en bredare och djupare ansats.

Cr., in order to conduct a pre-study, referred to as «Capacity Development in Judicial Training: a fact-finding mission to examine the prospects of a bilateral cooperation with the Academy of Justice, Republic of Armenia», during the period April - December 2020. The purpose of the intervention is to clarify Armenia’s need for interventions, on which Domstolsverket has the skills, resources and interest to deliver. The pre-study includes desk studies, as well as contacts before, during and after the fact-finding mission to Yerevan, scheduled for autumn of 2020. The pre-study will result in a proposal for a multi-annual project, as described above, where the prerequisites for capacity development within the field of judicial training are described, initially on a smaller scale, to be subsequently developed with a broader and deeper approach.
