DESCRIPTION
The proposed project is a three-year programme to increase credibility, transparency and confidence in election bodies among people in Mozambique, primarily through building capacity within the Election Commission (CNE and the Electoral Technical Support body (STAE), in advance, during and after the local elections on 10 October 2018 and the Presidential elections on 15 October 2019. The main focus of this project is to ensure that the process is credible, transparent and
