The project aims at strengthening and sustaining the independent cultural and artistic sphere in Tripoli, in the lead up to its appointment as Arab capital for culture in 2024. The project aims at building the capacity of the local partner and at improving public access to culture in the city, preserving more open space for freedom of expression. The project will provide opportunities to women to engage equally to men in cultural activities as audience and as actors.
