The TMT provided to the Sheba Youth Foundation in 2020/ 2021 was in four phases: **The first phase ** Training in the field of Training of Trainers (TOT). Organised in Sana’a Yemen. ++Training outputs++ At the first stage we trained a number of participants (6) as instructors to strengthen their facilitation skills so that they can disseminate what they have learned from the TMT to colleagues and stakeholders. The participants enhanced their knowledge and skills in the following areas: -Training design, delivery and evaluation -Participatory Training Methods -Facilitating Group Dynamics -Communication and Presentation skills **The second phase** Training in the field of project proposals writing, digital fundraising, and Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL). Organised in Sana’a, Yemen. ++Training outputs:++ - Strategic Plan for Sheba Youth Foundation Developed. A new vision, mission, and values, theory of change, strategic objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs). - The Strategic Business Units (Programs) identified. Peacebuilding, Protection, Education, and entrepreneurship/Business Development as the strategic programs and areas of work that they will focus on during the strategy life of 2021 – 2025. Core interventions related to each program were developed that are feeding into the strategic objectives and KPIs. - Two proposals for Protection and education developed. The proposals are ready to be presented to potential donors. **The third phase** Training in the administrative and financial field. Organised in Taiz, Yemen ++Training outputs++ Sheba Youth now has a financial system as well as professional financial forms and templates that it uses to work with donors and liquidate various financial payments, such as time-sheet models, cash and checks liquidation models, and also the institution has an integrated management system for human resources, operations, projects and how to manage them. **The fourth phase** Training in advocacy and peacebuilding. Organised in Amman, Jordan ++Training outputs++ · Gained knowledge in sustainable peace and conflict resolution based on human rights and social justice approaches. · Analytical situation study on the challenges of peace and security has been developed based on the new gained methods · A tool to become advocates for peace institution have been developed for SYF. · Knowledge and skills on how to develop an advocacy campaign for peacebuilding. · Furthermore, we have provided to all the participants a kit of educational tools. SYF will use the educational kit to train all staff and interested partners. Hence, SYF will organize promotional projects in the field of peacebuilding based on the knowledge gained from the training and educational kit. · The team came up with a concept note on how to analyse a conflict in Yemen and developed a draft project proposal on women and peacebuilding. | N/A |
