Plastiform Ommen B.V. (Plastiform) produces furniture panels and desks and table and counter tops. Plastiform supplies to the furniture industry and interior builders. Their strategy for the coming years is to further improve the production and production process, to improve the product range and to improve their competitive position.Raw materials are currently purchased in Ukraine and Moldova by Plastiform. However, there are many more options for Plastiform to purchase materials in these countries. Plastiform has developed new products and they want these new products to be put into production in Moldova. The market is still mainly in the Netherlands, but market research has shown that there is also a market for Plastiform's (new) products in Eastern Europe.Plastiform wants to set up production in Moldova together with the company Pinture-Cons SRL (Pintura). Pintura produces various wood products for construction companies especially in Moldavia. In the modern wood processing factory to be set up, they want to produce, among other things, the new products of Plastiform. Their focus will be on sales in Western and in Eastern Europe. But first, they want to do a research and draw up a business plan for both parties so a final decision can be made.
