Pamflet is a youth-led organization that is established to encourage and strengthen youth to participate in the process of social movement, by providing the information and knowledge about activism and human rights. With three core divisions: youth studies, youthmovement, youth activism, we work to strengthen youth's access to information, resource, and network related to human rights, and to encourage local youth initiatives (individual/collective) in different areas in Indonesia through activities such as research, capacity building, training, creative campaigning, and publication. The organization is registered as Association and consists of a number of young people under 35 years from diverse educational background and experience, i.e. communicationstudies, sociology, political science, psychology, philosophy, and public health. Such diversity enriches and enables us to work with a multidiciplinary manner. With a relatively small organizational structure, we conduct each activity by networking withother organizations effectively. Our funding comes from donor agencies and fundraising activities. We have been supported by multiple organizations from UNESCO, Hivos, TIFA Foundation (Open Society Foundation Indonesia), and EMpower (Emerging Markets Foundation). Pamflet is also involved in several civil society networks and coalitions, i.e. SEPERLIMA (Seputar Hak Kesehatan Reproduksi dan Seksualitas Remaja), a coalition that aims to strengthen youth's access to information of sexual and reproductive health and rights (2013-2015). Since 2015, Pamflet is also involved in Public Education taskforce of Coalition for Justice and Truth Revelation (KKPK), a coalition that advocates for past human rights violations in Indonesia.

General
The VOICE Linking and Learning is a project where activities are centered on grantees’ ideas and initiatives. Linking and Learning is meant to be a process where every grantee can participate fully on every aspect of the activity within the linking and learning process, irrespective of gender, disability, gender, sexual orientation, age, or ethnicity. We see that this main idea about Linking and Learning is very suitable with Pamflet’s role. In the context of youth participation and activism, we take a role as a support system by facilitating youth with information, platforms for participation, and networks. Our main principle on campaigning human rights issues is to let the youth talk and voice their views through their perspective as young people. Withthis similarity of role we are interested in broadening our scope to more issues and intersections, by applying for facilitator to Voice Linking and Learning. We believe that as a facilitator in Linking and Learning, we will be able to take a role as a support system where grantees can reach their full potential through collaboration and working together as a community. We will take the role as facilitator, by providingtools and means for grantees to voice their views and reach their goals. Pamflet isa youth-led organization that aims to strengthen young people’s capacity in supporting the human rights movement in Indonesia. We encourage the emergence of new young people who are critical and innovative to campaign for social justice and equality. Ourmain activity is capacity strengthening of young groups to voice their rights so that they can be empowered and be critical of their surroundings. We also manage and distribute knowledge about youth and human rights to support the human rights movement in Indonesia through various products in printed and digital materials. For the past four years, we have also been assisting teachers and students in six schools in Indramayu and Palu to implement sexuality and reproductive health and rights education by developing collaborative learning modules and tools.
