AFTURD
AFTURD, Association of Tunisian Women for Research and Development was born officially born in January 1989 in the wake of # AAWORD( Association of African Women for Research and Development) AFTURD brings together women researchers or interested in research on women. Its member are driven by a desire to promote a critical and constructive reflection on the status of women in Tunisia for effective participation in development in all its dimensions: cultural, social , economic and political . AFTURD organizes debates, discussion workshops , cultural events to promote the works and publications of women or on women. It attaches great importance to training workshops on all matters relating to: gender, violence against women, women's rights , the positive history of women , insecurity , citizenship... AFTURD has conducted several studies on the economic empowerment of women, violence against women , migration, housekeepers , etc. It is also known for its counselling and referral services for women victims of violence.

- Rapid Care Analysis : the project will contribute to the establishment of a Rapid Care Analysis in Tunisia, to help understand the unpaid work of women and how it does impact the access to work for women - Capacity Building for the project Partners : Based on this analysis, as well as other assessment activities, the partners of the project will be trained and invited to capacity building activities to include gender in their way of working.
