General
This project will establish IoT sensor based real time growth and environmental monitoring systems in 10 poultry farms in the Adama region, and localize AI predictive models for production forecasting and early anomaly detection. Through developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conducting hands on onboarding training for 515 participants, operational capabilities will be strengthened. By establishing a joint venture and contract farming systems, a stable revenue structure will be secured to create a sustainable smart poultry industry ecosystem.
Objectives
To dramatically improve productivity and profitability of the poultry industry in Adama region by introducing AI IoT based smart poultry technology, establishing data driven scientific operational systems, and creating a sustainable cooperation ecosystem among farms, enterprises, and local government, thereby strengthening regional food security and increasing farm income.AI 시스템 도입을 통한 양계 농가 생산성 향상, 위탁사육 기반 농가 수익 증대
