Governance capacity strengthened to support sustainable health adaptation; infrastructure resilience to climate change is increased in healthcare facilities, schools, and communities in vulnerable outer islands; health service delivery at primary health care level is resilient to climate change; communities are engaged and empowered with knowledge and tools to take adaptive actions to reduce the health risks of climate change
Objectives
The main objectives of this project is to strengthen health systems, schools, healthcare facilities and communities with an emphasis on outer islands in Kiribati to protect and improve population health in a changing climate.지속가능한 보건 적응력 지원을 위한 강화된 정부의 역량/ 의료시설, 학교, 지역사회에서의 기후변화에 대한 증대된 인프라, 기후 변화에 대한 일차 의료케어에서의 의료 서비스 제공의 탄력성, 기후 변화 보건 위험 경감을 위한 지식과 도구를 갖춘 지역사회
