Public Finance Resource Centre has been developed as part of the Public Finance Centre of Expertise. The Resource Centre is intended to mobilize flexible technical assistance more quickly than is currently available, responding to clear demand for such support from partner countries

The desired Outcomes of Resource Centre are: • More effective and equitable tax policy and administration, including: o More effective revenue administration systems o More evidence-informed policy decisions o More equitable tax collection • More effective public financial management, including: o Increased debt management capacity in government o More effective public expenditure management systems o More effective management of public investments o Increased revenues are spent in an equitable and sustainable manner, consider inclusion and accessibility, and do not create or exacerbate barriers to inclusion. o Transparent and open procurement processes • Improved transparency and accountability in public expenditure
