The Safeguarding Resource and Support Hub is a Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office funded programme, which operates in both the humanitarian and development sectors, provides tools, training, guidance and resources to strengthen safeguarding practices of organizations against Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment. The Hub prioritizes support for Civil Society Organizations, particularly in low-resource settings, offering a wide range of services such as capacity-strengthening initiatives such as e-learning modules, an expert directory, mentorships all of which are contextualised through the establishment of regional hubs across Africa, South Asia, and Eastern Europe. In doing so, the platform aims to build capacity and foster safer, more accountable environments within the international aid sector. Alinea International has been contracted between October 2024 and July 2025 to evaluate the Hub and determine the extent to which it has achieved its expected results and impact, including Value for Money, and to capture and disseminate key lessons learned that will inform future delivery and programming of strengthening keeping people safe from all harm.
