Objectives
The POWER project was a five year initiative (2016-2020). Its overall objective was to increase the income, and the ability to control this income, of 19,501 rural women in Bangladesh, Ghana and Rwanda. POWER was also implemented in Pakistan between 2016 - 2018. The targets have been updated following the closure of the Pakistan office; previous targets can be found on the Original logframe and the actual numbers achieved by ActionAid Pakistan can be found on the POWER 2018 Annual Report. The POWER project's final numbers and targets achieved can be found in the POWER End of Project - Final Report and associated annexes.
