DESCRIPTION
This a project in partnership with UNICEF to design a Cash plus response for BVI and TCI which would be activated in an emergency. The response will be designed to build on existing national social protection mechanisms. The project will include strengthening the capacity of the BVI Red Cross and TCI Red Cross to conduct CVA programming.
