Ce projet vise à améliorer les compétences langagières (maîtrise du français) et pédagogiques (didactique du français) des enseignants du primaire et du collège aux Comores et permettra de contribuer à l'amélioration des compétences de base des élèves dans l'appropriation de la langue française à l'oral et à l'écrit. Il bénéficie d'une réallocation d'une subvention de 1,5 million d'euros octroyés en 2019 au projet de Service Civique d'Appui à l'Insertion (SCAI).
