The disadvantaged rural population in the semi-arid region of Rio Grande do Norte improves their living conditions and strengthens their resilience to the negative impacts of climate change through the dissemination of agroecological and adaptive practices and the attainment of government support programs for living and doing business in the semi-arid region.
